ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Overview
We have developed an interactive and intensive five-day entrepreneurship program based on the Disciplined Entrepreneurship approach by Bill Aulet. This program is designed to help business professionals learn how to start, manage, and grow their businesses while fostering personal qualities and attitudes essential for entrepreneurs.
The curriculum covers the entire venture creation process, from generating ideas to building viable global businesses, focusing on the supportive roles of various stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Entrepreneurs, start-ups, and individuals involved in entrepreneurial environments will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to turn their ideas into successful businesses and to enhance entrepreneurial opportunities within their organizations.
Participants will gain valuable insights into launching successful new ventures through lectures by our experienced program facilitator and live case studies. We have also designed team projects to provide hands-on training and practical experience in developing a business plan.
Our primary objective is to empower delegates to develop entrepreneurial thinking through engaging case studies, creative problem-solving exercises, and opportunities for self-development.
